    Eileen Crossin had built the kind of career many people aspire to—leadership roles in advertising, a stint at TikTok, and eventually a seat in the C-suite. But during an industry conference in Las Vegas, she found herself thinking, I can’t have these conversations anymore. Days later, she resigned. In this conversation, Eileen and Bradley talk about what happens when a successful career no longer feels like your own. They explore nonlinear careers, the tension between effort and surrender, why major changes can affect the people closest to us, and Eileen’s belief that finding purpose may be less about becoming someone new than remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
