    109. Trusting the Unfolding & The Force of Tenderness

    Send us Fan Mail Today's episode feels incredibly sacred to me. These birthday episodes have become something I never intended them to be… They're love letters to my past and future selves. They allow me to witness not only how much life can change in a year... but how faithfully our intentions continue unfolding, even when life takes us somewhere we never would have chosen ourselves. A year ago, I couldn't have imagined what was waiting just beyond my birthday. Within days, everything I thought I knew about my life began to change. There was profound healing. Profound loss. Profound surrender. And ultimately… a profound coming home to myself. Today, I want to share what it's been like to look back on that journey from where I stand now, entering my 36th year of life.
