There's a lot on my mind this week, but the main topic is the self-development trend that has been thriving recently. There is so much pressure on us to constantly be improving and I think I've hit my breaking point lol.
I also touched on my current mindset towards fitness and how I'm feeling about training for a marathon during Canadian winter :)
