Really validating

This podcast is super validating for HSPs (highly sensitive people). I feel seen. The podcast has some interesting stuff and is nice and short.

As an HSP/Empath, I always felt something was wrong with me! Now, I realize its just how my brain works. I have learned so much from this and I feel so validated in that someone comprehends and science to back it up! Looking forward to learning more.
