HSP=In Good Company ,

I feel seen and so much less alone!

I am so grateful to you for sharing that so many others are like me! I thought there was something “not quite finished developing” in me until I heard your latest podcast episode! So many points brought tears to my eyes. As we get older, learning the “why” of our behaviors matters so much. There have been things I’ve just never been able to change about myself (“grow thicker skin”, “it’s over, move on”, “Jeez! Calm down!”)…and to know I’m not alone in so many of my “unique” (aka “odd” behaviors according to others) characteristics really helps me to feel less alone. Two words: Thank you! Two bonus words: Keep going!
