A thoughtfully crafted podcast that takes what could be overwhelming topics and breaks them down into digestible (and humorous) parts, which are easy for the average person to understand and that can translate well into anyone’s life. My husband and I enjoy listening to Liz each week, and always enjoy implementing what we learn into our diets / routines
