She Hustles

I personally know Jasyra after working with her as a nurse (and her being my fitness coach) and still maintain contact with her online. She’s always tried or given me advice when I’ve reached out. Im glad that I’m able to reach out to her online or by text and she’ll respond😊. I suffer from fibromyalgia (as well as lupus & other things) and was happy she thought of me when she sent me one of her recent podcasts because she thought I could benefit from it. I started listening and before I could finish an episode, I subscribed. Not only to support a friend, but because I relate to much of her content and know that I can apply it to my life. Even though I fail due to my health or other reasons, I try to get up because I know that if she can do it, so can I. All I have to do is HUSTLE! Love the podcast and I love ya girl! I have been following Jasayra for awhile on insta and have always loved her clarity and realness when it comes to her life. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, birth control or whatever, she keeps it real and helps you focus on what’s really important to you. This podcast is a great extension of her social media presence and talks about a lot of issues women face all of the time. Thank you for this!

I'm glad I listen to this pod cast I can relate with certain things but not to the same level of experience as yall, it's advice for me for the the long run to becareful of what you can run into if your not paying attention to how you feel and why, then being able to heal your self by being true to yourself. Our feeling teach us about who we are no shame. Like y'all had said about crying I say it to my boy friend let it out. Can you teach us about prioritizing like how do you prioritize. What I learned from you is that it takes consistency to see results.
