    48. Why growth can feel lonely

    Growth is often described as something exciting & empowering. A new chapter, a glow up, a fresh start. But there is a part of growth that feels much quieter than that. There is a phase where you no longer fully relate to your old life, your old patterns or even parts of yourself, while at the same time you are not fully rooted in who you are becoming yet. That space can feel unfamiliar, in between & at times lonely. In this episode, we talk about why that feeling is a natural part of growth.     42. Spring Equinox: The energetic new year

    There are actually many “new years” throughout the year. The traditional New Year between December & January, the Chinese New Year & now the moment we step into the astrological new year with the Spring Equinox. In this episode we explore why March often feels like a much more natural reset than January. Nature is waking up again, the light returns & everything slowly begins to grow. Inside the episode we explore the difference between pressure goals & aligned goals, reflect on the intentions we set earlier in the year & reconnect with the question: what actually wants to grow in my life right now?
