    I Can't Find Amber | Episode 1 She's Missing Season 2 follows the disappearance of Amber Hoopes from her home on September 14, 2001. Twenty-three years later, we are still looking for answers. Interviews in the order they are heard:  Kathleen Burgener (read by Kathy Huls) recounts what happened the night Amber went missing. Deputy Brian Lovell explains what happened after he responded to the home of Noris and Kathy Burgener. Deputy Al Thompson found the small truck that disappeared along with Amber. Audra Burgener recounts what happened after she was told Amber was missing. Not interviewed but mentioned:  Hevenlee Hoopes - Amber's mom Brent Hoopes - Amber's dad Key Points Amber went missing between the hours of 10:30 PM and 1:30 AM. A small work truck was taken from the Classic Auto Body Shop and driven off the property without turning on the headlights. The truck was found just down the road from the Burgener home at a small business on the corner of Ammon and Lincoln roads.     BONUS Pursue & Protect After season one wrapped up, Emily was able to interview two additional people who were closely involved on the day of the kidnapping. You will hear audio from the pursuit and shooting. If you do not want to hear this portion of the episode, you can skip starting at 10:05 and start up again at 11:54. Interviews in the order they are heard:  Deputy Albert Thompson explains the pursuit from his perspective. He is the deputy who pulled his vehicle in front of Hescock to try and stop the pursuit at the beginning. Paul Wilde, retired Sheriff at Bonneville County Sheriff's Office, was the liaison between Megan's family, the sheriff's office, and the media. Deputy Jim Schiffler led the pursuit and was the first to see that Hescock had high-centered his vehicle. Commands Hescock to stop and asks dispatch to send Air Idaho. Deputy Bryan Lovell commands Hescock to stop. Deputy Chris Reed lets dispatch know that he has reached the area of the shooting. Deputy Todd Raymond called for a medic. Mark Browning, reporting for News Channel 6. Glenn Mills, reporting for News Channel 6. Sheriff Stommel was the sheriff at the time of Megan's kidnapping.
