    Back from the dead?

    First episode after over a year. Hoping to use this platform to talk through the crap I’m going through. Maybe it’ll just be an audio diary, or perhaps it will help others who might be going through the same thing or similar to me.

    Today I talk about the cyclical nature of my moods. I tend to swing from one extreme to another with a fairly high rapidity!  Hope you enjoy it!

    This is my first episode of a podcast I didn't think I would publish. It is basically an audio journal of unedited, unfiltered thoughts.  Today I talk about how I am feeling numb after having had a particularly long period of low mood and anxiety. Thanks for listening!
