So I invite you to get comfortable and enjoy a balancing trip through your chakra system.
A chakra is a part of your energy anatomy. There are 7 main point along your spine where 2 nerves intersect and create an energy center. Each has a color associated as well as an arriviste that it supports.
As we flow through the points on this meditation focus inward on what you feel and trust your experience, no matter how it unfolds.
