Ep 61 - How to be your own best friend

In this episode I talk about what it means to become your own best friend and how to truly have your own back. Because we spend our whole lives with ourselves. And the relationship we build with ourselves shapes everything: how we create, how we show up, how we move through challenges. In this episode, I share the three pillars that have helped me nurture that relationship over time: – self-acceptance – self-care – self-support We talk about the inner critic, where it often comes from, and how to gently shift towards a more compassionate inner voice. I also share simple, practical ways to support yourself, especially when things feel messy, imperfect, or uncertain. This is something I’m still learning too. But the more I practice it, the more I realize how much it changes everything. If you’ve ever felt like you’re too hard on yourself, or like you’re constantly pushing without really supporting yourself, this episode is for you. And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what being your own best friend looks like for you. 🌿 If you’re looking for a simpler, calmer way to grow your online business, I’ve created a free guide for you: The Simple Way to Grow A gentle system based on three simple steps: Share → Connect → Support It will help you focus on what actually matters, without trying to do everything at once. Ep 60 - Creating for Yourself First

What happens when you don’t want to create from a place of having everything figured out? In this conversation, I explore the idea of creating content for yourself first—while you’re still in the middle of figuring things out. I talk about the tension between polished, “useful” content and more honest, process-based sharing, and why I’m starting to believe that the messy middle might actually be where the real value is. We live in a time where information is everywhere. Answers are easy to find. But what feels more meaningful—at least to me—is seeing how someone finds their own way. This episode is a reflection on: creating from where you are, not where you think you should beletting go of the pressure to have all the answerstrusting that there isn’t just one “right” way to do things If you’ve ever felt like you’re moving on from things faster than you can package them… or like you want to share more honestly but aren’t sure if it’s “valuable enough”… this might resonate. Ep 59 - What if you don't wait until you feel ready?

Back in Spain again for a while, I took my phone down to the beach on Monday morning to test my writing system in a new environment. I had no topic or clear idea what to talk about. And definitely some resistance before I left the house. But I went anyway. In this episode, I’m sharing what happens when you start creating before you feel ready. Before you have anything meaningful to say. I talk about the resistance that shows up (even when we know something works), how momentum is created through imperfect action, and why waiting for readiness can quietly delay creativity. Sometimes the first few minutes feel like rambling. Like mental morning pages. Random observations. But if you stay with it, something shifts. An idea appears. And often, that one small idea is all you need for the week. We also talk about: building momentum through tiny stepscreating a “container” for your creativitybecoming the kind of person who takes actionand treating your work like an experiment instead of a test If you’ve been waiting to feel ready to start something (a podcast, a blog, a creative project) this is your reminder that readiness rarely comes first. Action does. I hope this episode encourages you to take one small, messy step today. And if you’d like help figuring out what that first step could look like for you, I’d love to brainstorm with you. *** Join “3 Days to Create Your Mini Course” here ➡ https://three-days-to-creating-a-mini-course.teachery.co/mini-course-sales-page 🌿 If you’re looking for a simpler, calmer way to grow your online business, I’ve created a FREE guide for you: The Simple Way to Grow A gentle system based on three simple steps: Share → Connect → Support It will help you focus on what actually matters, without trying to do everything at once.
