Female, American, 24, and found myself completely uneducated on health, fitness, and most importantly nutrition.

The American Education system has failed me and millions of others by not teaching life saving & daily nutritional habits. Applying Siim Land and Dr. James Dinicolantonio’s teachings has changed my life and probably saved me from falling into the same late-age diabetes diagnosis as my family. Thank you and please continue exposing the truth behind the ultra-processed Americanized diet that 90% of us grew up on. Women are listening! Make America healthy again…

Great Podcast, Poor Sound Quality

This podcast has so much great information - well researched and presented. But I do wish Siim would slow down some - he speaks in short, clipped bursts that make it more difficult to understand what he is saying. Also, there are frequent plosives that are really irritating to listen through. His recording set-up needs to be improved/modified to prevent this - it is intensely annoying, to the point that I frequently have to just stop listening.

Siim, seriously, put on some earbuds and try to listen to your latest episode 326.#314 - it’s boom, boom, boom. Terrible to listen to.
