Piling a ton of items onto our To Do list can lead to complexity, overwhelm and inefficiency.     This episode's podcast guest is extremely special. She's one of my best longtime friends, Kirsten Owens. During several months in 2017 and 2018, Kirsten walked Te Araroa, also known as The Long Pathway of New Zealand, carrying a modest pack of belongings with her. Te Araroa is one of the world's longest walking trails. We discuss Kirsten's journey which took several months, as well as minimalism, consumerism and the importance of our relationships and experiences over stuff.
