    The value of doing one thing at a time

    For many of us, our self worth can be strongly linked to our productivity. Whether it's our natural tendency or years of conditioning, it's time to untangle our worth from our output. Piling a ton of items onto our To Do list can lead to complexity, overwhelm and inefficiency.     Walking Te Araroa with Just a Backpack with Kirsten Owens - Walking the Long Pathway New Zealand

    This episode's podcast guest is extremely special. She's one of my best longtime friends, Kirsten Owens. During several months in 2017 and 2018, Kirsten walked Te Araroa, also known as The Long Pathway of New Zealand, carrying a modest pack of belongings with her. Te Araroa is one of the world's longest walking trails. We discuss Kirsten's journey which took several months, as well as minimalism, consumerism and the importance of our relationships and experiences over stuff.
