Helpful and fun

I truly savor each episode. I save them for when I need them most. Meg is gentle and goofy, and each episode is such a treat. The loving empathy exercise, although not a silly one, is truly special and I will relisten as needed. Also I’m thankful that, because of Meg, Paul Rudd is now my best friend.

Everything I didn’t know I needed

This podcast is amazing!!! It’s really difficult to broach meditation in general, but meg makes it both relaxing and utterly hilarious. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get into the lighter side of meditation and eagerly awaiting the next episode!!

Delightfully absurd, absurdly relaxing

This show is funny, weird, soothing, and tender. The music and sound design is lovely. Meg’s storytelling is funny and engaging while also being relaxing—helps me chill out without putting me to sleep.
