Very Relaxing

Besides the very loud ads, this podcast is one of the best.
But I do suggest turning down the volume of the ads if you are able to. They have woken me up multiple times.

Footsteps

I was so excited to hear the footsteps episode. That is one of my favourite sounds & I have never found a good one. I ended up being disappointed with this one as well. The footsteps never walked away, receding in volume. They simply stayed in one place, as if the person wasn’t walking at all. Ineffective.

Nice!

I really liked the deep meditation one. You said you were gonna change your voice volume a bit but I couldn’t tell. Maybe if you whispered I might have fallen asleep right at the end. You should do more guided meditation sessions! Or tapping on things. Those are great too!
