Great content, will help me to never take on any debt in the first place. I don’t know why there are so many rude comments. I think Dave is good he just has to get straight to the point with the callers which gets taken the wrong way sometimes. This show has good intent with the purpose of informing the general public about personal finance with heavy emphasis on paying off debt. That should be applauded. However, the hosts will often be condescending, which I find distasteful. If your views are so true, and your intent so pure, there’s no need for that. Additionally, some of the hosts are not as financially literate as they like to think they are. I have listened to some recent episodes and Jade in particular makes questionable if not outright incorrect or inflammatory comments frequently. The show injects religion into their guidance, which is not going to suit everyone. I find The Money Guy to be a far superior alternative for financial advice. They emphasize more than just debt, provide case studies to support their claims, do not include politics or religion, and are not condescending to anyone. I’ll still listen in to the Ramsey show periodically, but often find myself disappointed in what I’m hearing. Prioritize paying off your debt. There I regurgitated the singular ideology this show will provide and saved you from being talked down to by the hosts.

I almost never leave podcast reviews, but after reading through so many of these, I was honestly shocked. This show has helped countless people including me, and yet the reviews are filled with harsh and overly critical comments. The reality is, no matter what you do, someone will always find something to criticize you for. The Dave Ramsey team is doing an incredible job, so I just wanted to thank you for all you do.

I wish I could just listen to Rachel and Dave. They’re fun, funny, and have great energy. From the other personalities, I only enjoy George. The others, I usually skip the episodes completely especially Jade! She’s just terrible all around; giving advice, being knowledgeable, and even listening. Ken is insufferable. He’s not funny and even I have a great sense of humor. Jon isn’t .. he just isn’t… he’s also exhausting to listen to. None of the personalities outside of Rachel and George are good. They know how to talk to people and make conversations fun.
