Imagine yourself as a soul, point of light. Imagine your permanent home is above sky, above many galaxies far away from universe. It's Paramdham - soul world. Visualize yourself you as a soul visiting your permanent home and sitting next to your supreme father - Shining bright 🌟 Star. Meditate. Exhale and inhale. Just feel relax.
