I’m just a girl who’s just trying to remind people that they aren’t alone also you may not agree with a lot of things on here but that’s okay everyone has their opinions!Life can be challenging but living is even more conflicted and complicated so just try to take a day at a time!

    This episode is mostly about breakups also I talk a little bit about losing a friend too. It is natural to mourn who you lost but it can also sometimes create new opportunities.     Different types of Anxiety

    As you can tell I was literally having anxiety recording this episode. Anxiety is different to everyone. People have anxiety texting and talking to people in person. There's no similie or metaphor for anxiety because everyone has different fears. I won't tell you to see a doctor if you have any symptoms tho its your life!I love you guys take care 3

    Anger and Irritation

    Everyone gets angry and I always say the wrong things to people when I'm angry but a lot of the world is filled with anger so that's why I remind you forgiveness is the most important thing!I'm not telling you to forgive a wicked man or just to "get over it". I'm saying anger will kill you just like drugs it gets to the best of us. Take care all,I love you guys!

    This is my first podcast :) these are just some things that you should NEVER say to someone who is grieving and I know that we all have lost someone we love in our lives and the person or animal doesn't have to be dead. I may not know your issues and someone might compare your issues. You are valid and so are your issues! I love you guys
