    This episode is mostly about breakups also I talk a little bit about losing a friend too. It is natural to mourn who you lost but it can also sometimes create new opportunities.     As you can tell I was literally having anxiety recording this episode. Anxiety is different to everyone. People have anxiety texting and talking to people in person. There's no similie or metaphor for anxiety because everyone has different fears. I won't tell you to see a doctor if you have any symptoms tho its your life!I love you guys take care 3

    Everyone gets angry and I always say the wrong things to people when I'm angry but a lot of the world is filled with anger so that's why I remind you forgiveness is the most important thing!I'm not telling you to forgive a wicked man or just to "get over it".     This is my first podcast :) these are just some things that you should NEVER say to someone who is grieving and I know that we all have lost someone we love in our lives and the person or animal doesn't have to be dead.
