Eye opening

I’ve been struggling with mobility issues and pain around certain joints for years and no book or podcast has come close to Squat University when it comes to helping me understand the problems I’m facing and what I should be doing to correct them. Every time I listen I have a lightbulb moment along the lines of “ohhh, so that’s why x hurts when I do y. I need to do more of z!”

Great, relevant content

This podcast is my go-to for content when trying to improve my abilities as a coach and athlete. Most physiological questions that surround the functional fitness have been addressed and offer great, realistic solutions. The Instagram page is as great a resource, and explores all of the same ideas. Dr. Horschig has great guests but also gives a good show solo.
