    The pieces are starting to come together in our Carpentry in the Elven Forest by Alex French group read! This week, we're diving into chapters 14–25, as Jeff and Oggy set out to rescue Amber, the trolls turn out to be far more complicated than expected, and Gaskin continues to reveal just how powerful and mysterious he might actually be. We also learn more about the Gentleman and the Deep Dark, the strings they're pulling behind the scenes, and the real purpose behind Jeff's seemingly simple mission to build a jewelry box. Meanwhile, Amber's situation puts a ticking clock on the group's journey, and Jeff, Oggy, and Amber finally begin to come together as a team. Plus, I finally discover the painfully obvious joke from last week's chapters that somehow went completely over my head.
