Today I'm teaching you the practice that changes that completely. Segment intending is a concept I learned from Abraham Hicks and have been using for years. It is one of the simplest and most underrated tools in my entire practice. And when you do it consistently the difference in how your days feel and what actually shows up in them is undeniable.
