What’s new and good? This podcast!

A few months ago I saw a screenshot of this podcast in a social media group for physician moms - I checked out an episode and really enjoyed the content. Since then I have listened to every episode and I look forward to my Wednesday morning commute so that I can catch the newest release. As a surgeon mom of 2 young kids I am focused on maximizing quality time with my family and doing everything I can to be able to live a long and healthy life. Carrie has helped me understand better how my thoughts influence my words and actions. The content focus each week keeps these ideas on the forefront and have really helped me set and reach attainable goals. Focusing on the process and the elements in my control have been instrumental in my success. I came for the fitness advice - I stayed for the guidance on improving my thought process. Thank you, Carrie!
