He has been in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia as a college coach. Rocky Hidalgo is a GA legend. A native of parts unknown in Louisiana. He is an 8th degree black belt in Mok'bara. A true renaissance man that will spend hours arguing over the virtues of NOT returning grocery carts and rating hotel staffs. He is truly a character among characters.
