    --------------------

We also talk about Toxic body positivity that convinces you that its okay to be overweight or unhealthy and give you tips on how to not let others brainwash you.

On this episode we also share some practical tips on how to listen to your body and tracing the roots of what diet could actually work for you.

    --------------------

    Who is Marina Pavlenko?

Marina’s passion for fitness started with yoga and calisthenics when she was 26. The highlight of her journey has always been handstands, however, it wasn’t easy to overcome fear and avoid injuries.

Having no background in fitness whatsoever wasn’t easy for her, but the hardship she faced made her want to create workshops and classes that would suit everyone at any age.

Her core belief is that fitness is like a journey of rediscovering yourself and learning incredible strength, and Marina combines different disciplines to show us that we can overcome literally any limitations be it Fear, or muscle tightness, or weakness.

Over the last three years, Marina has spent time learning more about health coaching and overall wellbeing rather than just fitness. This was after she faced numerous health issues like chronic fatigue, burnouts, anxiety and panic attacks, etc.

It has become crystal clear to her that physical fitness is just a part of wellness and unfortunately there are way too many trends that have nothing to do with actual health. As a coach and a trainer, Marina works with individuals who want to improve their wellness, health, and lifestyle, combining health, fitness, and mindset coaching.

Marina truly believes that life should be lived with purpose and happiness and a healthy body & mind is the key to achieving that.
