    Accepting Your Emotions

Life is unpredictable, it’s bitter sweet, and through the ups and downs we sometimes forget the gift of laughter. Beautiful…

This podcast is the most beautiful thing. I absolutely love that these women get together to share their grief and struggles with others to not only help themselves, but to help everyone in their path too. I feel a weight lifted when I listen to this! Grace is one of my best friends and I remember being around through her grief journey and how I never really understood her journey, but that it was good for her, and that EVERYONE has a different journey, but we can always be a helping hand to someone.
Thank you ladies for all you do !!
