    ✨Day 17 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing✨

Rest isn’t lazy—it’s reparenting. We live in a world that glorifies the hustle. Society will tell you to keep grinding, keep pushing, keep doing… but let me drop this truth on you: if you don’t stop to rest, you’ll burn out. And burned-out people can’t help themselves, their families, or the world. For many of us, rest wasn’t modeled growing up. Our parents, abuelos, and ancestors didn’t always have the privilege of slowing down—they were surviving. So now, when you give yourself permission to rest, you’re not being lazy… you’re breaking a generational curse. You’re showing your inner child they don’t have to earn love or safety by overworking. You’re turning survival into thriving.Rest is more than naps (though naps are blessings too). Rest is unplugging from the chaos, choosing peace over constant stress, and creating space to breathe. Rest is how we refill so we can keep showing up. Even if the world feels like it’s going to shit, your rest is revolutionary. You can’t pour from an empty cup. You can’t heal, help, or create change if you’re running on fumes. So today, honor yourself. Give yourself permission to pause. Rest is not weakness. Rest is strength. Rest is love.💭 What does rest look like for you this week? Share it below—you never know who might need to hear your reminder.#TheTruthOfVida #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC #InnerChildHealing #GenerationalHealing #RestIsRevolutionary

✨ Day 15 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

This week is all about Reparenting, and today I’m sharing what’s in my comfort kit—the little (and big!) things that remind me I am safe, loved, and cared for.For me, it starts with this giant black stuffed dog holding a red heart 🐶❤️—a gift from my family that always makes me feel held. My inventory room is literally my sanctuary, covered wall to wall in Star Wars and vampire memorabilia, comics, and a huge collection of Funko Pops—everything from 90s hip-hop icons to Stranger Things to Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts.I’ve got coloring books, journals, and even a 300-marker kit in my bedroom because sometimes comfort is sketching and letting my creativity flow. I also watch cartoons—Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, anime—because they remind me of carefree joy.And then there are my crystals. ✨ They’re everywhere—bedroom, bathroom, closets, altars, even guarding every door of my home. Today I’m wearing my silver hematite bracelet, but truly my whole home is a crystal grid of comfort and protection.Music is another part of my kit. I play the songs that raised me: 70s disco, 80s Tina Turner, Donna Summer, salsa, merengue, house, hip-hop, R&B. Music is medicine—it brings me back to joy, movement, and freedom.👉 Comfort kits don’t have to be blankets and tea. They can be stuffed animals, collections, crystals, cartoons, or music—anything that reminds your inner child: you are safe, you are loved.💭 Now I want to know—what’s in YOUR comfort kit? Drop it below and let’s inspire each other to create safe spaces of healing and joy.#InnerChildHealing #TheTruthOfVida #HealingASacred #Energy #TheAlmightyPineappleLLC

Day 14 of 30 Days of Inner Child Healing ✨

Today’s question: What made you feel small, invisible, or unworthy as a child? For me, the list was long. I was told to be seen and not heard. I was placed in front of the TV for hours. When I wanted to sing or dance, it wasn’t always allowed, and if I pushed, I was told to be quiet or sent to my room.If my feelings didn’t match what my family thought was “right,” I was labeled disrespectful. Tattoos on my body were called “destroying myself,” and I was told I’d never find love because of them. I was also told I needed a man to be complete, and that it was my job to have children just to keep the family line going.Well, guess what? They were wrong. All the adults were wrong. This part of healing isn’t about rewriting or fixing those memories. It’s about acceptance. Saying: Yes, this is what I was told. Yes, it hurt. Yes, it shaped me. But no — it is not my truth.Acceptance doesn’t mean approval. It doesn’t mean those words were right. It simply means acknowledging the wound without running from it anymore. So I invite you to sit with this question today. Don’t rush to fix it. Don’t sugarcoat it. Just ask yourself honestly:👉🏽 What made you feel small, invisible, or unworthy as a child?👉🏽 And what do you know now that proves they were wrong?Take a breath. Hand on heart. And remind yourself: Their words are not my truth. I am still here. And I get to define me. 💜#TheAlmightyPineapple #TheTruthOfVida #InnerChildHealing #HealingJourney #EnergyIsSacred
