Maybe you weren’t allowed to say “no” without being punished. Maybe your feelings were brushed off with, “Stop crying, that’s nothing.” Maybe you weren’t given privacy, or maybe you weren’t believed when you spoke up about what hurt.Those moments taught us, as kids, that our safety didn’t matter. But here’s the truth: your boundaries are not selfish. They are sacred. They’re the fence around your peace, your joy, your healing.When you reparent yourself, you get to become the safe place you always needed. If little you needed privacy, give yourself that now. If little you needed someone to listen, then be the person who listens to yourself with compassion today.✨ Your inner child deserves to know that their voice matters. Their safety matters.
