    8. Part 2 of Covid-19 Series: Developing a Routine of Healthy Behaviors featuring Tee

This week on the clean plate podcast we are finishing up part 2 of the covid 19 series featuring none other than Tee. In this part 2 episode, Tee is speaking directly to people like you and I. She is giving us some tough love. The message that resonated with me most is that “we have nothing but time on her hands...no excuses” Though life can be overwhelming, it’s important to have a set exercise routine. I expressed how having healthy behaviors can vary, it doesn’t have to be running for 5 miles, it can be eating more vegetables and fruits, or walking for 30 minutes. Overall, you have to get creative in creating a realistic schedule that works for you.She also lets us in on a new venture, launching her very own podcast which will be an extension of her blog, tp’S Place. Like myself, she’s a Jesus girl that refers back to the bible to help encourage her to keep going and to make the necessary changes to be a better person engaging in healthy behaviors.Tune in because she drops so many nuggets and has a way of connecting with people.
