Moving your body

This podcast spoke to me in so many ways. I relate so much to Kaitlin on my first pregnancy and wanted to make sure I was there for my son during my second pregnancy. As a burn member, I’m so thankful for the community and for the support of all the trainers and other mommas. If you’re struggling with body image, postpartum, this is the podcast for you! I’m 5 days postpartum and even now I have engrained in my head - eat healthy but don’t starve. Give my body grace for what it just went through. This was exactly what I needed to listen to.
