Sylvia's Return to Trust: Journey of Liberation

In this personal conversation, Allura sits with Sylvia, whose path into this work began through an unexpected door: her daughter's transformation. The conversation traces years Sylvia spent inside another consciousness paradigm, years of chronic pain, and the separation she felt from her own body. Sylvia shares the reframe that changed her relationship with pain, a forty-minute walk after years of managing five, and the freedom she found once she let her body lead. This episode looks at how physical pain and old patterns can open into growth when met with curiosity instead of correction, and what it looks like to let the body lead the way. Key Takeaways 📌 💛 A daughter's transformation opened the door. Sylvia's daughter worked with Allura for months before Sylvia knew, and what she heard in her daughter's voice brought her to this work. ✨ Healing means a shift in frequency. Sylvia's reframe moved her away from treating pain as something broken and toward pain as information. 🔍 Pain became a portal. Each pain portal opened a doorway into consciousness instead of proof something had gone wrong. 👁️ Forty minutes after years of five. A new relationship with pain let Sylvia walk further than she had in over two years. 🌿 The desire to move came from inside her. Her body asked to walk, and no outside program set the plan. 🔗 Old patterns began to release. A pain portal at work led Sylvia to release the need for credit and recognition. 🤝 Love was there from the start. Sylvia recognized herself as an expression of love, rather than someone who must learn to love herself. 🌀 Freedom grew even as pain stayed present. The pain stopped running the show. 💫 The exploration continues. Sylvia moves toward the next level of this work, still uncovering her own voice. Grief, Rebirth, and Reconnection

In this deeply personal conversation, Allura sits down with longtime client Lisiane to reflect on a multi-year journey that began in 2023 with one-on-one somatic coaching sessions. The conversation traces Lisiane’s path through profound loss, the death of her daughter, Gaia and the physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation that followed, including a near-collapse experience in New Zealand, her return to group work, a surprising and healing phone call with her estranged father, and her current pregnancy as she awaits the birth of her next child. This episode is a candid look at how grief, pain, and inherited family patterns can become portals for growth rather than forces to avoid, and what it looks like to slowly rebuild connection with others and with yourself after devastating loss. Key Takeaways 📌 💛 Presence matters more than words. After losing her daughter Gaia, what Lucy remembers most is Allura simply showing up. ✨ The body breaks down before it breaks through. A collapse in New Zealand became Lisiane’s "death of the limited self." 🔍 Grief reshapes identity, not just emotion. The people-pleasing version of Lisiane couldn't survive the loss intact. 👁️ Small stretches rebuild connection. Group work, taken in small doses, brought Lisiane back into the community. 🌿 Pain has to be allowed, not managed. Letting it fully move through her is what created each "upgrade." 🔗 New life arrived once the old pattern was released. Lisiane didn't conceive again until after her New Zealand breakdown. 🤝 Inner healing ripples outward. An unplanned call led to a 40-minute reconnection with her estranged father. 🌀 Family patterns are imprints, not identity. Naming inherited fear as a pattern — not truth — was liberating. 💫 The work never really ends. Challenges keep coming, but now Lisiane has a map for moving through them. Ten Years of Searching. Three Months to Arrive.

What does it look like to spend a decade trying every modality available, get close, hit a wall, and still feel stuck in the same loops? In this episode, Allura sits down with Liz, a student of The Consciousness Method™ mentorship, who shares her journey from years of unresolved patterns and a nervous system in constant survival mode, to finding her inner child, rebuilding her relationships, and feeling whole for the first time. Liz traces it all. The talk therapy, EMDR, sound healing, and soul journeys that brought her close but could not get her to the root. The survival pattern of walking two hours a day without knowing she was running. The resistance toward her inner child and the moment they finally merged. The unraveling that asked every relationship in her life to dissolve or evolve. And the HRV data that confirmed what she could already feel in her body. Key Takeaways 📌 💛 Knowing where your patterns come from and actually moving through them are two different things. Liz had years of self-awareness and still could not break the loops until the work became embodied.✨ The body holds the survival pattern before the mind can name it. Liz was walking two hours a day as a form of running. The nervous system will find a way to keep moving until it feels safe to stop.🔍 Inner child resistance is part of the process. Liz pushed her younger self away again and again before she could sit with her. The merge happened on the other side of that resistance.👁️ When you cannot access key memories, the details of the story are beside the point. What matters is the pain and fear held in the body. That is where the work goes.🌿 When internal work is done, external reality reorganises itself. Liz's marriage deepened. Her eldest child's nervous system began to settle. Her family began to flow in a way it never had before.🔗 The unraveling is part of the arrival. There comes a point where the old patterns can no longer hold. Liz had to speak her truth across every relationship. Everything dissolved or evolved. Everything evolved.🌀 The container compounds the individual work. Watching other people move through their own layers, even without sharing, moves something in you. Other people's shares become mirrors for your own next step.🦋 The nervous system shift is measurable. Liz's HRV moved from 10 to 22 in a matter of weeks. What is happening in the inner work shows up in the body.🤝 You do not have to remember everything to heal it. Liz could not access certain memories and had reached a ceiling in other modalities because of it. The Consciousness Method™ does not require the details to get to the root.💫 Wholeness is the destination. Liz used one word when asked how she feels now. Whole. That is what this work is for.Go Deeper 👇 If this episode resonates, please follow the show and leave a review. The Psychic Who Does the Work

June Mack is a working psychic and intuitive leadership mentor who had already built a successful spiritual business. She was not looking for the basics. She came to the Sovereign State of Being Retreat because she knew there were layers in her own consciousness that she had not yet reached, and she was right. What unlocked at the retreat changed how she works, how she leads, and how deeply she can hold space for the clients she serves. In this episode, Allura sits down with @msjunemac to explore what the retreat opened in her. They go into the core wounds that surfaced, the ancestral patterns that live below conscious awareness, and why the breakthroughs available inside a retreat container are simply different from what solo work can access. June also shares her first Kundalini activation experience, something she had not anticipated, and how that energy has continued to move through her in the weeks since. This conversation is for visionary leaders, coaches, healers, and anyone drawn to women's spiritual retreats, soul-led transformation, and the question of what it really means to go deeper.Key Takeaways:-Knowing your patterns intellectually and actually moving through them in the body are two entirely different experiences, and a retreat creates the conditions for the latter.-The breakthroughs available inside an immersive retreat container are simply not accessible through solo work, no matter how committed the practice.-Ancestral wounds live below conscious awareness and often cannot be reached without the depth of a held, in-person healing space.-Kundalini activation does not require preparation or expectation. It arrives when the conditions are right, and a retreat creates exactly those conditions.-The work that begins at a retreat does not end when you leave. Integration continues to move through the body long after the experience is over.-The more a leader is willing to go inward, the more capacity they develop to hold space for others at that same depth.Connect with June Mack 🔗Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/msjunemacWebsite: http://www.junemac.comGo Deeper 👇If this episode resonates, please follow the show and leave a review. The Ceiling Breaker: How Yarina Healed What Years of Work Could Not Reach

What does it look like to do years of personal development work, hit a ceiling every time, and still feel fundamental loneliness? In this episode, Aurora sits down with Yarina, as student of The Consciousness Method™ mentorship, who shares her journey from a life of capable achievement shadowed by deep isolation and instability in relationships, to finding a partner, rebuilding her connection with her parents, and beginning to process the weight of growing up in post-Soviet Ukraine. Yarina traces it all. Therevolving door of friendships that never stayed. The financial blocks that kepther from committing to deeper work. The moment at a live event when a singlequestion about her parents brought tears she had never expected. How innerchild work moved her healing out of her head and into her body. And how, one month into the mentorship, she met the partner she has been with ever since, whose apartment building was named 'Allóra'. Key Takeaways 📌 •      💛  Knowing your patterns in an intellectual sense and actual movement through them are two different things. Yarina had done extensive work across many modalities but could not translate it into real change, until the work became embodied rather than understood from the neck up. •      ✨  Being seen is its own form of healing. What cracked Yarina open was the experience of someone perceiving where she needed to go without being told her life story. •      🔍 Loneliness can hide behind capability. A full life, a good job, and self-awareness can coexist with a deep unmet need, one that will not surface until someone asks the right question. •      👁️  Inner child work becomes real when you stop thinking about it and start feeling it. Yarina had awareness of the concept for years, but it was the practice of building an actual relationship with her younger self, sitting with her and feeling the pain that had been normalised, that produced a real shift. •      🌿  When internal work is done, external reality reorganises itself. Yarina’s manager changed behaviour. People began including her. Her parents became more emotionally available. The field around her shifted without anyone being instructed to change. •      🔗 Cultural and collective wounds live in the body. Growing up through the collapse of the Soviet Union, surrounded by adults in survival mode, Yarina carried more than personal pain. Processing that layer opened up a deeper connection to her country and her family history. •       🌀  The work infiltrates everything and does not require dedicated time. Yarina found herself doing consciousness work at her desk, in conversations, and in ordinary moments. Consciousness becomes the lens through which life is lived. •      🦋 Trusting the process matters most when it does not make sense yet. There were sessions Yarina resisted and moments she did not want to show up. The meaning revealed itself on the other side, each time. •      🤝  The container compounds the individual work. The daily calls, the community, and witnessing other people’s transformations meant that even listening without sharing moved something in Yarina. •       💫  Healing your relationship with your parents does not require blame. Yarina held love for her parents and still grieved what she had not received as a child. Processing both allowed her to feel their love in her body for the first time, rather than understand it as a concept in her mind. True Change is Possible

What does it actually look like to break a decade-long loop of stuckness, heal a near-broken marriage, and find the root of pain carried since infancy? In this episode, Allura sits down with Sara, a student of The Consciousness Method™ mentorship, who shares her journey from feeling like her life looked perfect on the outside while something essential was missing within, to radical honesty, deep grief processing, and a relationship with herself and her husband that she describes as nothing short of a miracle.Sara traces it all. Losing her father at 15 months old. Growing up as a people-pleasing caretaker inside a grief-soaked household. The silent accumulation of suppressed emotion that culminated in her own suicide attempt at 19. How her mother's recurring mental health crises were a mirror for pain she had never allowed herself to feel. She takes us through what it meant to stop intellectualising and commit every Friday to diving into the meditations, to meet those younger versions of herself and love on them. And she tells us what came through on the other side, for her and for Steve, her husband of 27 years, who is now on the mentorship himself.Key Takeaways 📌 💛 Feeling stuck despite years of self-work is a signal, not a failure. Conscious understanding of your patterns and actually moving through them are two very different things. The shift happens when the knowing becomes embodied. ✨ Everyone and everything in your reality is a mirror. Triggers are revealing what is unprocessed inside you. Getting curious about that, rather than reactive, is the doorway in. 🔍 The root wound often forms before language. Sara traced her difficulty articulating emotions all the way back to 15 months old, the age she lost her father. The body holds what the infant mind could not name. 👁️ The people who mirror our most difficult pain are often our greatest awakeners. Sara's mother, whose recurring breakdowns felt impossible to witness, was pointing back to Sara's own unprocessed grief and her teenage experience of suicidal despair. 🌿 When you do the internal work, your external reality shifts without forcing it. Sara stopped trying to get Steve to change and something energetic shifted in him that he could not explain. He is now on the mentorship. 🔗 Wound bonding is real and subtle. Sara and Steve were bonded through their unhealed wounds. It took one of them doing the work first to interrupt the loop and give the relationship a foundation to rebuild from. 🌀 Energy reclamation is a game changer. So much life force is spent projecting outward onto situations and other people's pain. Dropping back into the body and reclaiming that energy creates a whole different level of presence. 🦋 There is nothing broken and nothing that needs to be fixed. You are here to remember the true essence of yourself. Fear is protecting the pain, and when you move toward it, it leads you back to love. How a Mother Healed

What does it actually look like to move through grief, face your core wounds, and arrive somewhere completely different as a mother, a daughter, and a woman? In this episode, Allura sits down with Anika, a student of The Consciousness Method™ mentorship, who shares her journey from a place of acute pain, shutdown, and survival mode into embodied freedom, inner safety, and a whole new way of parenting her sons. This is a testimony episode unlike any other. Anika speaks to some of the most profound terrain this work touches: the death of her baby at 5 months pregnant, the shattering of her identity as a mother, and how life kept demanding she show up for her children even in the depths of her grief. She takes us through what it meant to stop spiritually intellectualizing and start actually feeling. What it took to face the deep shame and guilt held in her body. And how tracing her pain back to its earliest fractures, right back to her birth experience and her relationship with her mother, began to shift the kaleidoscope of everything. The heart of this conversation is not just how Anika healed. It is how that healing moved through her into her children. She shares the work she has been doing with her 6-year-old son, holding space for his pain portals, witnessing his unraveling, and choosing to break the patterns she could see repeating between them. This is intergenerational healing made real, done in the middle of ordinary daily life. If you have done a lot of work and still sense something has not moved, and if you are a parent who wants to give your children something far deeper than guidance, this conversation is going to land. Key Takeaways 📌 💛  Pain that is not processed stays held in the body. Grief, suppression, and unmet emotion do not disappear. They lodge in the nervous system and shape every aspect of your reality until they are finally met. ✨  Spiritual understanding and embodied transformation are not the same thing. You can intellectually know everything about your wounds and still not have moved through them. The shift only happens when the knowing becomes cellular. 🔍  Every trigger you experience in your relationships is pointing back to the age a fracture was formed. When Anika traced her reactions to her mother and her son back to their roots, the patterns organically began to change. 👁️  The pain of your children often mirrors the pain you have not yet allowed yourself to feel. You cannot hold space for what is unresolved in your own body. Getting safe within yourself is the prerequisite for holding space for theirs. 🌿  When you do the internal work, your external reality shifts without forcing it. Anika's relationship with her mother changed not because her mother changed, but because she created enough inner safety that the old triggers lost their grip. 🔗  Wound bonds are real and they form early. Anika recognised she had been parenting her children from her own unhealed pain, and the victim-perpetrator dynamic between her and her son had a direct origin in her own childhood programming. Your Pain Is Your Liberation

In this episode, Allura guides us into one of the most profound dimensions of healing: the core pain body. Beyond surface-level emotional struggle and the symptoms we spend years managing, she takes us into the cellular fractures formed in our most vulnerable moments of development. This is a teaching episode. Allura walks us through the architecture of pain, how it lodges in the body, how fear forms around it to keep us safe, and how every loop in our relationships, our identity, and our reality is quietly protecting that pain from ever being fully felt. The real revelation here is that the pain is not the prison. Turning away from it is. When we finally move toward the core wound, the deep existential feeling of non-existence, something shifts. The consciousness that got trapped there begins to move. A version of you that was waiting finally arrives. This is the work that releases rather than loops. This is the release point. If you have tried a lot and still sense something essential is yet to shift, this episode is going to land. Key Takeaways • Pain goes far beyond the emotional or physical. At its deepest level it is a cellular, trapped consciousness that shapes every pattern of your reality. • The fractures that lodge in the body form when we are vulnerable and not given space to fully process what we feel. The pain does not move through, it stays held. • Every behavioral, mental, and emotional loop in your life is quietly organized around protecting that core pain from being touched again. • The three core wounds, feeling unloved, unworthy, and unknown, sit at the root of the deepest pain held in the body. • When you get triggered, you return to the age the fracture was formed. Your consciousness gets encased there until the pain is finally met. • Suppression and mild daily numbing (scrolling, over-relating, staying busy) are what keep the pain portal closed. Creating space for the pain to rise is the first step. • The felt sense of dying as you approach the root of the pain is the liberation itself. You are dissolving the limited version of you that has been holding it all together. • The story you have built around your pain is the interpretation. The visceral sensation in the body is the truth, and that is what needs to be met. • When we liberate ourselves from trapped pain, we are no longer susceptible to the fear, coercion, and control that keep people small. • The consciousness trapped at the fracture begins to move when it is finally witnessed. A whole new reality opens up from there. Go Deeper If this episode resonates, please follow the show and leave a review. It truly helps get this message to those who need it most.
