A Repeat of the Battle Athens, TN?
Edmund Burke said “Those who don’t know history are destined to repeat it.” As I read the reports of, if not actual fraud, questionable vote counting practices, I am eerily reminded of a part of our past I’m sure most Americans would not like to repeat.
The Media who Cried Wolf
We're all familiar with the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. But what happens when it's our media outlets who cries wolf?
Federal Courts Interfering with State Elections
With all the accusations, law suits, and recriminations around this year's election, most people seem to have missed one very important problem. Before the voting even started, the federal judiciary interfered with elections in several states. I'll not only explain the problem and show examples, but I will tell you what the American people can do about it.

In California, a state with a constitutional amendment prohibiting systematic racism, they recently considered a proposition to "fight...systematic racism" by removing the amendment prohibiting systemic racism and allowing systematic racism. And if that doesn't make your head spin, then you may have already succumb to this newspeak future that we are creating.
Packing the Bags of Liberty
With the appointment of now Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the talk of "packing the court" has grown more strident. Lets ponder what "court packing" is, why it is important, and what it tells us about the state of our government, next, on the Constitution Study.

Yes! I was searching for meaty, interesting, and provocative thoughts on the constitution and related topics. As an American, or anyone interested in understanding political thoughts and formulating your own, do yourself a favor and listen. Agree with the argument? You’ve strengthened and learned so much more. Disagree? You have a better understanding of the strong, fluid thoughts of another perspective and have hopefully thought critically about all positions before reaffirming your own. Once you’ve stopped listening, you’ve lost.
