I’ve learned so much from Erica

I was just listening to one of Erica’s Core Connections episodes and during it she offered so many little ways of shifting the way we breathe, move, connect to our bodies and ourselves. It always feels true to me and I really appreciate her sharing her wisdom. What I also love about her work is that it is different from what’s flashy and popular and trendy on IG- it doesn’t follow the typical workout so hard all the time no matter what your body is saying to you! Her approach is less is more-and I continue to learn and be inspired by her and her guests. Tune into this podcast and it will help you tune into yourself!
