Glad it’s just Bri again!
Honestly, I stopped listening as much when Alex joined. I hear enough from men in this space and I really liked Bri’s take on things as they relate to women. It seemed Alex was always talking about himself more than educating on fitness. Obviously Bri is upset but I feel like he was using her and then dumped her when another option became shinier…. Just my assessment, I know nothing about the details. All that to say, glad Bri is back!

I have been following Brianna and Alex for a bit now and I find their podcast super informational. I am always learning from them. It is nice to hear from people that have people’s best interest at heart.
