This is a quick and easy guide for people who are tired of being angry all the time, and who want to know how to stop being angry again. I'm going to teach you how to deal with anger and frustration in the moment. so that you can feel like yourself again. First of all, acknowledge that you're feeling angry. It's okay to feel frustrated, too. You don't need to be apologetic about experiencing these feelings and you don't need to be ashamed of them.
