A weekly podcast for everyone who is interested in the body as more than just a brain-taxi. The podcast contains in-depth explorations of embodied topics, and hosts guests from around the world. Speakers have expertise in diverse embodied areas from yoga, to martial arts, to body therapy, to dance, to theatre, to bodywork. The podcast is also full of practical tips and experiential exercises. It can sometimes be a bit cheeky and contains swearing so bear that in mind. With Mark Walsh of The Embodied Facilitator Course (http://embodiedfacilitator.com) and Embodied Yoga Principles (https://www.embodiedyogaprinciples.com).

Fun, enthused and relevant
Such appreciation of your guests and training techniques, with fun stories throughout! Loved listening to your humor, understanding and enjoyment of all physical modalities. You’re the bomb!
Extremely disappointing
I wanted to like this podcast as I've been interested in embodiment and know Mark has been in this arena for a long time. After listening to a few episodes, though, I noticed that Mark often treats female guests quite differently than male guests, especially if those female guests aren't friends of his. A good example? Listen to the Nadia Munla episode from March 25, 2019. Hear how he interrupts her, patronizes her, angrily argues with her that men have always had it just as hard as women, and then thanks her for the fun debate at the end. Last episode I'll ever listen to.
Good Find
Grateful my partner opened my mind up to this Podcast. Highly recommend.
