I greatly appreciate Than’s perspective — It is the most balanced and fair view of current events that I know of. I do appreciate his lens of a Christian perspective while he also holds great respect for others’ views, including those he might disagree with. I also appreciate his consistent encouragement to read and educate oneself on source materials rather than rely on his or any other reporting for one’s formed opinion on a matter. It’s the most refreshing perspective of current news and is a podcast I look forward to every week. I wish all news was handled and reported in this manner by other news outlets rather than the current trend of sensationalism and headline bait-clicks used in “news.”

Wonderful podcast that I look forward to each week! I only wish for more frequent episodes as a means of balancing out a constant stream of news that is hard to ignore. However, the research, thought, resources and perspective presented are so thorough that I understand why this is just weekly. The newsletter is outstanding as well. The host strikes an uplifting—but not necessarily rosy—note to news that can otherwise bog us down. He skillfully shifts the lens so listeners can observe and understand troubling events from the perspective of faith and reassures us that God is still on His throne and in charge. So appreciate this source of wisdom, clarity, compassion and courage! Hope this podcast continues with great success. We need this voice!
