The First Cut Golf

Hey Guys. Love the pod. And I’ve listened to almost every one of them. You guys use the word talent to describe many of the young players these days. Would you explain what you mean by that word? I can’t remember all the examples but it seems that the main thing all those players have in common is distance off the tee. Seems like other players you have labeled as not so talented are really good but just lack distance off the tee. Maybe I’m wrong but would love to hear you break it down.

The crooked Cantore conversation was by far my favorite conversation to date.

Rick is masterful at delivering nerdy golf statistics in an entertaining way. He has some of the best Golf DFS tools in the industry.

Overall an informative podcast, but Immelman could stand to dial back on the name dropping. They’re supposedly serious golf analysts but have an obvious almost fanboy-like bias in favor of Rory McIlroy.
