    Talk on Unity with Fern Foster

    I loved this candid conversation with Fern Foster around her experience of feeling the hatred towards the Jewish people through her lived experience. I invited her into a conversation where we could explore what it means to contribute to unity and peace and healing. It was an honour to discuss these difficult topics with someone who has the courage to share their feelings and ideas so openly and with grace. It is my hope we all learn to see and hear one another and have compassion for each other so we can all heal and create a different way of being in the world.     Connecting - Giving Attention to What Nourishes Us

    Where we put our attention our energy flows. We can decide what we want to connect to. Our devices? Social media? Our loved ones? Our own bodies? Start to notice what you are connecting to on a daily basis and recognize which of those places are giving you back a feeling of joy or nourishment. Get clear about what you want to pour your energy into and focus there.     Stop Pushing and Pulling and Discover More Ease and Agility

    Although this may be a bit counter-intuitive, you will get more agile the less you push and pull your body. We are programmed to think striving and straining makes us flexible and strong, but I believe it actually causes more harm than good.
