A Whole New World

Although the concept is not new to me the info and implementation will be. I’m excited give it a try and follow any results and sharing these with others.

I do have a question. If I ask a client to come to our workout training session fasted, how do I gently push them even though they may be experiencing fatigue, lightheadedness, or nausea due to fasting?

How to Not over think this - Wow!

These two guys know their stuff! Listen to this in a focused manner - no multitasking with this. Don’t get lost in the details, the summary at the end is pure gold.

The When we eat is so much more important than What healthy food choices we make.

I have been using Intermittent Fasting for nine months and doing great. These guys have shown me that I have so much more to gain by simply making some minor adjustments. I am super excited!!
