    TGMS Ep:252 Time Ranks Values

In this eye-opening episode of The Greg McAfee Show, Greg reveals a hard truth: your values aren’t what you say—they’re what your time, money, and reactions prove. Calendars don’t lie—and neither do your habits. Greg breaks down how priorities shift under pressure and how many people trade long-term stability for short-term relief through impulse decisions, debt, and distraction. Drawing from principles like The Richest Man in Babylon, he emphasizes patience, delayed gratification, and disciplined decision-making as the path to lasting success. He also references Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-fil-A, as an example of someone who built a business around faith, family, and values—never letting work come before what mattered most. This episode challenges you to take a real inventory: What do you protect first? Because when your values are aligned—faith, family, people, then business—success becomes sustainable, even under pressure. ⏳🔥🙏 00:00:00 Intro 00:01:03 Time Ranks Values 00:02:16 Values Don't Stay Equal All The Time 00:02:45 Calendars Do Not Lie 00:03:36 What's Important To You, Spend Money On 00:04:31 Stress Responses Do Not Lie 00:04:52 Losing Weight 00:07:17 What Matters Most In Life 00:07:55 Control And Money Survival 00:08:29 Control, Money Survival, Ego, Urgency, Comfort 00:09:04 Food, TV, Alcohol, Drugs 00:11:11 What You Protect First 00:12:04 Haste Vs Patience 00:12:42 Impulse Spending 00:13:05 Patience In The Decisions 00:13:20 Richest Man In Babylon 00:13:43 Delaying Emotional Reactions 00:14:30 Delaying Gratification 00:14:49 Slow Is Ok 00:15:05 Saying No To Debt 00:15:49 Haste Trades Future Stability For Present Relief 00:16:19 Pressure 00:18:18 Being Who You Want To Be 00:18:49 Strong Leaders 00:19:48 Questions 00:20:12 Your Real Values Aren't What You List 00:20:23 Truett Cathy 00:21:48 Business Should Never Outrank Family or Faith 00:22:07 Family, Faith, People, Business 00:22:46 Pressure Is Coming 00:22:58 The Goal Isn't A Pressure Free Life 00:23:13 The Goal Is A Value Anchored Life 00:23:30 Final Line Options 00:23:54 Success Becomes Sustainable 00:24:05 Work Can't Come First 00:25:00 Outro

TGMS Ep: 250 Aim Too Low And Fail

In this bold and challenging episode of The Greg McAfee Show, Greg exposes the dangers of small thinking and fear-based planning. He explains how aiming low leads to low results, how survival-mode decision making keeps entrepreneurs stuck, and why you never accidentally build something great. Greg also references Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple (XRP), using his leadership and willingness to aim big as an example of what happens when you refuse to play small in the face of uncertainty, criticism, and risk. Throughout the episode, Greg emphasizes that big goals force you to grow into someone new, while playing small almost guarantees regret. He reminds listeners that God did not design us to think small—and that you don’t honor Him by shrinking the gifts He’s given you. If you’ve been aiming too low, this episode will challenge you to raise your sights, embrace possibility, and step into the vision you were created for. 🎯🔥 00:00:00 Intro 00:01:58 Aim Too Low and Fail 00:02:18 Low Aim Creates Low Results 00:02:45 They Plan Around Fear and Not Possibility 00:03:01 They Also Aim For Survival instead of Success 00:03:34 You Never Accidentally Build Something Great 00:03:50 Small Thinking Creates Small Actions 00:08:06 Big Goals Force you To Become Somebody New 00:08:50 Most People Aim Low To Avoid Failure 00:10:08 Playing Small Guarantees you Regret 00:17:02 Aiming High Honors Your Potential 00:17:25 God Did Not Design Us To Think Small 00:18:07 You Don't Honor God By Playing Small With The Gifts That He Gave us 00:18:41 Challenge 00:19:08 Outro

In Part 2 of this powerful series, Greg gets highly practical about what real stewardship looks like inside a growing business. This isn’t theory—it’s daily execution. Greg breaks down how simple disciplines like a 5-minute stand-up meeting create urgency, expose excuses, protect time, and build leaders instead of dependency. You’ll hear why higher accountability always produces higher accomplishment, how ownership replaces blaming, and how momentum becomes a culture—not an accident. With a strong reminder that God owns it all, Greg explains why profit proves stewardship, why idle capital is failure, and why scaling only increases responsibility. This episode challenges you to eliminate waste, kill excuses, and start building your legacy early—because your net worth is temporary, but your stewardship is eternal.
