Never gets old

Although I’ve been a listener since 2020, I finally decided to take the plunge and started listening to the show from Episode 1. I have to say they’re still very enjoyable, addictive and age very well. I actually find myself liking ooking more forward to next classic episode of The Hysteria Continues than some of the current episodes of other horror podcasts I subscribe to. I enjoy the long format of their early years, but I can understand why they’ve streamlined it nowadays. Definitely a must listen for any horror fan.
Awesome!

Four stars until today

It had a four star rating til today. The fact that any one of them could like Jordan Peele’s “Us”, much less more than one, means that I cannot in good conscience, continue to listen to this podcast anymore and am Unsubscribing. To praise a film as nonsensical as that, one of the most poorly written films in horror cinema history (where did all the jumpsuits and scissors come from and why did they just never leave???) and such an absolute riot and joke of a performance from the lead, gives me an idea of their viewing requirements… I guess it just has to be a movie with pictures to entertain them. Shiny object! Fetch! Goodbye.
