Laurene - My devotion to Mary has been a growing process. I haven't always understood devotions because I thought they were distractions with my relationship to Christ. I'm gradually coming out of that now. (20:31) Break 1 Gosia - Miracle with my devotion. My mom lived in Poland. Found out she was in ICU. She had been bleeding and didn't know where from. Went to chapel and begged Mary to save my mom. Next day, found out they didn't know what happened. All tests were normal. Blamed it on lab error. It's increased my devotion to Mary. (24:39) Laurene - My devotion to Mary has been a growing process. I haven't always understood devotions because I thought they were distractions with my relationship to Christ. Prayed, hoped, and surrendered. Gave myself to God. He's always come through, maybe not in the way I wanted, but he had something amazing for me - a job at a Catholic church. How can our trust for God be brought up through other things? (21:59) How does God fix things in our life? (26:58) Break 1 Jerome - We pray for other people, for ourselves, etc. I know everything is God's will. I feel like when I pray, I try to give it to God, but not having faith if God's not fixing it. (39:30) Jo - We're raising a child who is now 15. Had her for 13. Suffered neglect and abuse. Her mom died and father not in picture. She has no trust. What advice can you give me? (45:48) Mary - My mom was an army nurse at pearl harbor. Wanted to go back, but when church was built in the 50's, she wanted to go back, but bought a Fatima statue instead. She named me Mary Lucia.

    Father Bobby Blood joins Patrick to discuss Prayer (2:45) types of prayer. Setting aside time for prayer. (13:18) John - Struggle and healing story I'd like to share (prayer). Money is tight, wife had colonoscopy. Storms caused damage to home. Cars needed vehicle inspections. Don't have a lot of extra money because we're retired. Went to a buffet for a celebration, and when I came back from bathroom, heard from Jesus, 'John, walk on the water with me.' After 2 weeks, I'm not using a walker anymore. I believe in the power of prayer. (26:59) Break 1 (27:42) Aaron - How is it we get the idea when we say the hail holy queen and we say our life, sweetness and hope. How am i supposed to understand that when it's written in John I am the way, the truth and the light and that no man comes to the father but by me. Email – how do I help my kids with their morning prayer routine? (39:11) Janice - Very prayerful experience with the BVM. She answered my prayers in 12 hours. Had a son graduate from HS. He took 1 semester at a satellite school and stopped. 2nd semester, had no clue. Summer went by and he started talking about the DNR. He became student at UW Stevens Point, enrolled, and back in school. Cried and talked to Mary and my fears. It was a miracle he was enrolled in a university in just a day. (43:48) Les - Sometimes the answer is no and that's not always a bad thing (regarding prayer). I've had prayers that haven't been answered and realized that was probably the correct way to go. Ended up being the right thing.
