    Lisa and Emma recap the many trades that have gone down over the last three weeks and the PLL coming to Peacock (0:06-8:33). The girls then speak with Cannons Head Coach Sean Quirk on the process with Coach Rubeor to trade for Paul Rabil (8:34-11:39), what he learned from Coach Copelan’s Expansion Draft (11:40-13:05), and biggest surprises from the unprotected rosters (13:06-15:32). Putting an emphasis on the defensive side of the ball (15:33-17:31), how he’ll build a balanced roster (17:33-18:53) and what style of play the Cannons will have (18:54-20:32).
