Straight to the important stuff

If your interested in learning the supplements and other bio hacks that help make people successful this is the Podcast. Joe gets straight to the point and asks good questions. I am always exploring new ways to optimize my overall health. Supplements are a big part of that, SOMETIMES you get good advice from other podcasts, but you ALWAYS get great learning from this podcast. Joe please keep this show going. This show is making a positive impact.

Loving the mix of health information

Great to listen to random information on health topics and hear Joe/SelfDecode’s take and questions with others. Obviously everyone is different, it’s a stimulating conversation from the first episode I’ve played.

What am I getting from it or hoping episodes do for me? Motivation and a reminder to focus more on my health, something most of us have forgotten to focus on.. including myself the last few years.
