    Everyone prepares you for what to expect during pregnancy.  You take classes on childbirth and delivery.  You're ready for the baby - the nursery is decked out, the closet and dresser full of clothes and the toys and gadgets fill your home.  You have a baby and bring them home... NOW WHAT? No one prepares you for what comes next or what to expect in the months and years following birth. No one tells you how to take care of YOURSELF in the HEALING PROCESS of giving birth - whether vaginal or Cesarean.  We want to make sure you feel PREPARED.
