Michael Steel Rick Unger

I love the conversations you and Rick Unger have. Your conversations are perfect example of how a conversation should happen, mutual respect, no tension, agreeing with each other on a lot of things, disagreements are never combative.

Interesting and Fun

I love Michael Steele. As a Democrat I didn’t feel that way when he headed the RNC. But I realized once he left the post that he’s actually a very reasonable political actor. He’s incredibly smart and insightful, nuanced and thoughtful in his ideas, and blunt. He’s also tons of fun to listen to and never takes himself too seriously. All of this is present in his discussions with guests. I just found this podcast so I’m delighted that I can listen to him more frequently. If we can just get him to run for governor of Maryland.
