My fav Podcast for Self Improvement

I’ve noticed a change in my inspiration from listening to this podcast! It is challenging how I think about myself and the world and how we heal as humans. I’ve always been in pursuit of my own self development and the things I’m learning here are propelling it faster than anything I’ve researched. This is not your average podcast so don’t be surprised if you hear some tough things that you haven’t heard anywhere else!
