    What You Believe, You Receive: The Missing Piece in Manifestation

    What if manifestation isn’t about forcing… but becoming available to receive? In this episode of Manifest with The Mindset Model, I’m sharing how my understanding of manifestation has evolved after years of studying this work — and why I believe confidence, nervous system regulation and self-belief are the real missing pieces in creating what you desire. Because here’s what I’ve learned… What you believe, you will receive. But many of us are trying to call in bigger things while our subconscious still sees those things as unsafe, unrealistic or “too much.” In this episode I break down why manifestation is less about hustle and more about identity, capacity and energy. We explore: ✨ What “believe and receive” really means ✨ Why confidence is a manifestation skill ✨ How your nervous system can either attract or repel what you want ✨ Why being in fight-or-flight can create an energy of desperation ✨ The role feminine energy, wellbeing and receiving play in modern manifestation ✨ Why your subconscious may not yet feel safe holding your desires ✨ How to build the internal capacity to receive bigger opportunities I share 3 powerful shifts: 1. Upgrade what you believe is possible What do you want to believe about yourself now? (We talk identity, money beliefs and becoming the version of you who expects more.) 2. Regulate before you manifest Everything is energy. When your system is in stress, urgency or fear, it impacts what you broadcast. 3. Build receiving capacity Sometimes it’s not that your desires aren’t coming… it’s that you’re still expanding into being ready for them. I also share a personal example of how I unconsciously prepared myself for opportunities before they arrived — and why manifestation often looks like becoming familiar with the very thing you want before it appears.
